Kickstarter – Top This! A Pizza Flicking Game

You may not know this but dexterity games are a hell of a lot of fun. Whether it’s Pitchcar* — where you flick little wooden discs around a track — or Tok Tok Woodman* — where you hack at a plastic tree with an axe — dexterity games are brainless fun that get everyone playing really involved in the game.

And it’s that sense of fun that attracted me to the Top This! Kickstarter project. Described as a “pizza flicking game,” the game uses a board and toppings bits which you have to flick onto slices to complete orders. It looks like a great party game. Hopefully the components are all top quality because it looks like the gameplay is as good as we can hope for from a game about flicking pizza toppings at a board . . . as in, the gameplay looks perfect for such a concept!
