Kiddytown Low Price on Star Wars Action Figures in 1984

Yesterday’s 1984 Kiddytown newspaper advertisement also included this block for the Kenner Star Wars action figures, giving us another snapshot of the price of Star Wars toys in the eighties. As the Star Wars line dropped in popularity, retailers lowered prices, as we see in this ad listing the figures for $2.19/each. Not the cheapest offer we’ve seen on the Kenner Star Wars action figures, but a low enough price that I’d happily take a few dozen cases at this price.
