Looks like no Mer-Man for me.

The Mattel site is so overloaded that no matter how many times I try, the damned thing can’t process my order. It stalls out, or gives me an error, or just says to try again later.

Great. Thanks, Mattel. Way to have your site ready for what you knew was going to be a busy day.

One sure way to convince me to drop a line is to make it difficult to buy pieces in the line. I think I’m done with this line.

Update: I had to come back to the hotel room for my badge and, since I was here, I checked the computer. It says the order processed, so we’ll see if I actually get one. 34 minutes to order one toy is ridiculous.

Mattel, straighten this mess out before the next release. Please!
