MakeToys Battle Tanker: Hyper Novae Pre-Orders at TFSource

Site sponsor TFSource is offering a limited number of Hyper Novae transforming robot toys for pre-order at $180/each. Every photo I’ve seen of this robot looks amazing, but I just can’t help remembering my experience with the Battle Tanker upgrade to the official Reveal the Shield Optimus Prime* . . . and it was not a good experience (posted here). To this day I’ve never successfully transformed that piece into its trailer mode; I suppose I should pull it out of the closet and try again.
