Last week I posted a 1986 newspaper ad featuring the Transformers Triple Changers, including Blitzwing, and now it’s time for another old newspaper ad with the same toys . . . and more! This Miami News issue from December 2, 1985, is for Lionel Playworld and shows sale prices on the G.I. Joe Cobra Hydrofoil and several other toys that I know many of you would love to own today. Awesome stuff!

I’ve found it interesting, especially with ads for MOTU figures that sometimes they appear to use stock photos of the figures and other times it’s art from minicomics or other sources. Here it appears to be a combination of both.
