Mattel Continues to Tap into the Eighties
So have we figured out who at Mattel is such a massive fan of Kenner’s old Super Powers collection from the eighties? Because something is going on over there because it looks like Mattel is determined to give us as many action figures from that old line as they can get away with. For example, Cyclotron* looks like he’s a perfect update to the Super Powers Cyclotron from 1986.
“From Mattel and the DC Universe, this exciting 7-inch scale Cyclotron action figure features brilliant colors, tons of detail, and plenty of articulation. Don’t miss out on this exceptional figure!”
Don’t miss the Hall of Justice website for tons of information and photos on the old Super Powers line. Man, I’d love to get my hands on one of the Super Powers Batmobile. I remember wanting that Batmobile the instant I saw the commercial for it one Saturday morning.

I have a weakness for any DCUC figures based on Super Powers figures. Cyclotron looks kind of boring, but I think he is an incredibly fun toy. Bring on Golden Pharoah.
What I wanna know is when Mattel is going to bring a Batmobile to the DCUC series.
