McDonald’s Changeables Signs on eBay
Here’s a hell of a fun auction . . . that has already closed. After the McDonald’s Changeables toys came up over the weekend (ESSO Robot Racer post) I decided to take a look and see what sort of demand there is for the toys these days. Not much.
A lot of lots and singles are offered, but what most caught my eye was this eBay auction for two signs promoting the toys back in the eighties. Each plastic sign measures (according to the auction) just under 14-inches square, making these gorgeous display pieces for any collection. Get them framed and backlit? Yeah, that would look awesome.
Oh wow! These would be a blast to own 😀
@Wolf – Agreed. I think these would make a great backdrop for a display of cheap transforming robot toys.
I loved these things as a kid. The French Fry dude is still so ugly.
