My Little Pony Joins in on Halloween

So exactly when did My Little Pony grow to the epic proportions of collecting that it’s currently at? I mean, I remember the line from when I was a kid, but at some point over the last three or four years it rose from the dead with a vengeance and is more popular than ever. (It feels that way to me, at least.)

I guess the denizens of Ponyville are taking advantage of their popularity and hitting the streets this Halloween, because the guys over at Entertainment Earth are offering this Spooky Tube two pack of My Little Pony toys all dressed and ready for tricks or treats.

It’s like cute designer vinyl for the mass market. I’m not a My Little Pony collector, but I’ve gotta say that this pack almost looks cute enough to grab. After all, Halloween toys are just the thing for October, right? And at $8 this is about the cheapest platform toy you’re ever gonna see; hell, most Kidrobot 3″ toys cost $8 or more.
