Overtkill Deluxe Boxed Figure Ad from 2001

Last week I shared an ad for Spawn series 20 action figures. The ad was incomplete showing only five of the six figures in the wave. Well, today we get a look at that missing figure in this ad from the same issue of Sam & Twitch. It seems that the “Deluxe Boxed” Overtkill action figure was so very important that it deserved its own full-page advertisement.

I like how the ad gives us both a tight shot of the face and a full-body image of the toy. And, as always with McFarlane Toys advertising, great photography and design. I love the blue lighting they used in this shot!
