Palladium Books’ 1988 Mechanoids Offer

Palladium used the August 1988 issue of Dragon magazine to invite gamers to their booth at the combined Gen Con/Origins convention that year, enticing readers with an offer for a free copy of The Mechanoids roleplaying game with the purchase of $10 or more in games at the booth. The Mechanoids*, if you’re unfamiliar with the game, was Palladium’s update and expansion of The Mechanoids Trilogy, the game line that launched Palladium’s roleplaying game company in the early eighties and to this day is the origin behind perhaps one of the most-awaited Rifts RPG supplements, Mechanoid Space.
