Parker Brothers and Montgomery Ward in 1983
This newspaper ad for various Parker Brothers games available at Montgomery Ward in 1983 sure makes me smile. Care Bears, Q-Bert, and even the Battle at Sarlacc’s Pit boardgame make an appearance in the ad. I thought for sure that I had mentioned that Battle at Sarlacc’s Pit boardgame before, but a quick search of the site shows that I am very wrong. Oh well. Something to dig into in the future.
