I posted about these Convert-Able cheap transforming robot toys last year (posted here), and while I was snapping pics of one of them a few days ago I decided to see what advertising I could uncover. A search for “pepsi convert” in the Google newspaper archives uncovered this 1985 Argus-Press ad and hurray for online archives!

I’m surprised at how little information exists online for these three transforming robot toys. They’re all GoBots toys and so far I’ve got two of the three; expect to see pics and reviews one of these days.
