Reading – Robots Coloring and Activity Book

In the interest of proving that there’s fun being made today I now show all of you this Robots Coloring & Activity Book* from Landoll Publishing Company . . . with a 2012 copyright date! That’s right, this coloring book may look like it jumped out of the eighties but it’s from this year. And for a few bucks it’s an awesome grab for anyone who loves generic robots, many of which look like they probably transform.

Over Sixty Pages!

For just a few bucks this coloring book packs a lot of art, with over sixty pages of drawings of robots posing, robots fighting dinosaurs, dinosaur people, and even UFOs, and there are even a few “word search” activities and some blank robot heads for you to design your own robot faces. That art’s not near as nice as what we saw in the Space WARP coloring book (reading post here) — and there’s no story like in the Space WARP coloring book — but it’s still some neat art and the vaguely familiar robot designs are fun to look through.

Makes Me Want to Create My Own Coloring Book!

Flipping through the book and looking at the art has me wishing I had the time to sit down and design a coloring book of my own. I could totally create something fun and silly, but until I find months of free time to pursue every crazy idea that I’ve ever had the best I can do is point out fun stuff like this Robots Coloring & Activity Book*. Scan through the photos I took and then check your local dollar stores for a copy. Trust me, even if you never color the pages the book is worth the few bucks because you’ll get at least that much fun out of all of the images.
