Review – Adventure Kartel HoodZomb (Red)
We looked at the Adventure Kartel HoodZomb last month (review here) and now it’s time for another one of the Adventure Kartel 12-inch scale action figures (Amazon.com search*) to make an appearance here at battlegrip.com. And yes, this is very, very similar to the other HoodZomb I already reviewed . . . which means this review is mostly photos of the new toy.
Red!
The first noticeable difference between this and last month’s HoodZomb (review here) is that today’s figure is wearing a red suit instead of a dirty whitish/pinkish/tanish jumpsuit. And for unknown reasons the left sleeve is dark black instead of red; I cannot explain it, but it does look neat. This red jumpsuit has the hood with wires in the edge so you can display the zombie with either his hood up or down. I’m going with the “down” option so that his face can be seen.
A Different Head
This figure has a different head design than last month’s HoodZomb (review here), which means that showing these two toys off at once is perfectly acceptable. This zombie doofus looks just as stupid as his relative and the two together are adorable. How can anyone be scared of a zombie with ears like this guy has? And just look at those teeth!
You Should Look at the Pics
I’d say something intelligent, but I think the HoodZomb has affected my brain and all I know to do is say: “Look at the pictures!” You can also check my other HoodZomb review and even go all of the way back to 2009 for the Shadow Zomb review (posted here). Well, that is if you want to see more of the toys in this line.
