Review – Batman Vinyl Invader (Funko Exclusive)

NOTE: This toy was given to me by the Funko staff at SDCC last week. But even if I hadn’t been given a free toy I would have bought this guy; he’s just too neat not to go on display with the standard edition Batman Vinyl Invader (review here).

An Excellent Repaint

Simply the Batman Vinyl Invader painted in colors more like the 1989 Tim Burton film, this Funko exclusive version of the Batman Vinyl Invader looks as great in person as it does in the photos. And Funko’s slowly improving paint apps continue, with most of the toy’s paint being neatly applied. There are a few areas where the paint got away, but those are minimal and do not detract from the great look.

Enjoy the Pics

Since this is physically identical to the Batman Vinyl Invader (review here) I’m going to save my brain some damage and your soul a bit of pain by closing this one early. The photos tell you everything you need to know, and anything I would say now would be fever-inspired and not all that entertaining or fun.

Thank you, Funko, for giving me another great toy.

Philip Reed caught something at SDCC and is now knocked out and brainless. He is going back to sleep.
