Save $1.00 on Visionaries Action Figures in 1987

This November 15, 1987, newspaper ad makes a fantastic companion to the two Visionaries ads we saw over the weekend (posted here and here). Again the toys are priced at $4.99/each, making this Port Huron, Michigan, Times Herald newspaper advertisement for the SuperX Pharmacy one more bit of evidence to support that the average price for the figures was $5 when they were new. Seems a little pricey for the time, but I guess Hasbro did have to pay for all of those holograms . . .
