This July 15, 1988, issue of the Reading Eagle newspaper shares up a fantastic pair of G.I. Joe toys on sale. The better deal in the ad has to be for $50 off the Crossfire (see yojoe.com, but personally it’s the Cobra Sea Ray (see yojoe.com) that’s the cooler of the two toys. Hmmm. $9 then or over $100 today? I know which price I’d rather pay.
