SDCC Exclusive Alien ReAction Playset Pics
Super7 (website, Twitter) is expanding the Alien ReAction action figure series (Amazon.com search*) at SDCC with a playset, and now we can see more playset pics which only serve to really make me want this limited edition cardboard and plastic playset.
Cardboard and plastic playsets have a long history and were a favorite of Kenner’s Star Wars Collection back in the seventies and eighties. And even battlegrip.com has some history with such playsets; go all of the way back to January of 2009 for “Cardboard and Plastic: Cheap Star Wars Playsets”, one of my first attempts at a feature-like article on the site. Enjoy that old post, and then keep your fingers crossed that I can get my hands on the Alien ReAction playset. Hopefully it will be mine!
