Select Convertors and Transformers Comic Books at ShopKo

January 20, 1985. I uncovered this advertisement in the Sioux City Journal newspaper and was instantly certain of one thing: Kids sure loved transforming robots back in 1985! The Marvel and Transformers comic book three-packs on sale would make a fun enough find, but add in the Select Convertors cheap transforming robot toys and I can safely say: My Tuesday just got awesome!!!
