Sideshow Collectibles, I Still Want a Blue Snaggletooth

Sideshow Collectibles*, it has now been over two years since I asked for a Blue Snaggletooth 12-inch scale action figure . . . and there isn’t one in my collection! Gentle Giant has come through amazingly well with an action figure and a statue — Blue Snaggletooth Jumbo Vintage review here, Blue Snaggletooth statue review here — but, for reasons I simply cannot understand, there’s not a 12-inch Sideshow-style Blue Snaggletooth action figure in my collection.

This is a problem.

And not only do I have two cool Gentle Giant Blue Snaggletooth collectibles today, but even the team at Lucasfilm went out of their way to make me happy by including the character in the Clone Wars cartoon (see galactichunter.com). This makes me think that Sideshow Collectibles really need to get to work on my action figure. How can such an awesome toy not be in the works and headed my way?

Sideshow Collectibles*, what can I do to help make a 12-inch scale Blue Snaggletooth action figure a reality? I’m ready to order, I’m ready to help spread the word once one is announced, and this would be one of the few figures that would get me to stand in line at SDCC if it were an exclusive release. And, best of all, you could resuse the head tooling for a standard-sized red Snaggletooth action figure . . . which I would also buy!

Please, Sideshow Collectibles*, you’re our only hope.
