Snot Beast v3 by oOMoSOo Coming Wednesday, January 25
I last posted about the Snot Beast resin toys way back in October of last year (last mentioned here) and at the time the toys were very close to release. So what happened? Why did these take so long to go from “almost ready” to a release date later this week?
Well, I have to admit that the delay was all my fault.
You see, I was chatting with oOMoSOo (blog, Flickr, Etsy, Twitter) about his Snot Beast series and suggested that he create a short comic to help promote the launch. That discussion led to me working up a few simple page ideas and then oOMoSOo took those ideas and created a short comic. A comic which is now finished . . . and page one is right here!
Check back tomorrow and Wednesday for the second and third page of the comic, and be at the Papa Grim Toys store on Wednesday at 5pm Pacific time to order your very own Snot Beast toys. Each will be $15 + S&H and come packed in a bag with a custom header card illustrated by oOMoSOo.
