Soundwave Superior, Blaster Inferior
Search for Transformers toys at Past Generation Toys!
Even today Soundwave ranks in my top ten favorite Transformers (I’d say at #2, right behind Shockwave). His cassette deck mode may be dated, but that doesn’t stop his overall concept — a carrier of other robots — from being completely awesome. Combine that with the voice work in the old cartoon, his cool weapons, and the fact that he’s as cool as they come and you’ve got one Transformer that is undeniably fun.
Why is Blaster such a giant compared to the others? Does he have some sort of Transformers growth problem?
