Spotted Online – 1987 G.I. Joe and Weirdness
There’s a fun post at The Fwoosh — “Cobra in 1987: Weirdest. Year. EVER.” — in which ibentmyman-thing talks about the strangest 1987 Cobra action figures that Hasbro released for kids to enjoy. Big Boa, Croc Master, Cobra-La, and more are all mentioned in the post. Now I can’t disagree that G.I. Joe had some really strange action figures that year, but I believe ibentmyman-thing made a mistake in not also going into the weird Cobra vehicles of that year.
Fortunately, yojoe.com lists the 1987 vehicles and it’s no challenge at all to look through them and quickly find the oddities.
