Spotted Online – 3A Toys’ Ankou Reviewed at ActionFigurePics

ActionFigurePics has the review, so hop on over there for a look at the new 12-inch scale Ankou action figure. My own Ankou trio are here and waiting for a review — I’ve played with them and I think this is almost as cool as the World War Robot* Dropcloth (review here) — but NYTF preparations are sucking down a lot of my time.

The review isn’t completely positive, with the following statement jumping out at me:

All in all, I can’t say I’m disappointed in these figures, though I personally am a bit underwhelmed. I won’t blame the company for that, I had SOME idea what I was getting into when I ordered them, though there are always unknowns with threeA; you’ll rarely have a finished version of a product to see at the time of ordering.
