AUTOArt’s Mad Max Interceptor (Amazon.com search*) designed for 3.75-inch scale action figures looks so damned amazing that I’m left wondering how I missed the release of this a few years ago.

There haven’t been many Mad Max toys over the years (see this post from a few days ago), but after the buzz that Mad Max: Fury Road has been getting I suspect we will see someone snag a license and make some toys. I’d be totally happy with NECA stepping up and creating Mad Max action figures . . . as long as they create a vehicle or two to go with the figures. Even though the Interceptor doesn’t get much airtime in the new film Max would need his car!
