Spotted Online – G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary “Eagle’s Edge” Review at The Fwoosh
With the G.I. Joe 50th Anniversary sets now in stores (Amazon.com search*) many of us are turning to the web to make that final decision: Are these worth buying, or do I pass on the entire line?
Well, no one can make that decision for each of us but ourselves, so that’s where reviews like the Eagle’s Edge overview at The Fwoosh are valuable. And this review dives right in there, with pics and opinions of each of the three action figures — Leatherneck, Destro, and General Hawk — and the result is one of those mixed bags of great and eh. Check the review for yourself, but try not to giggle too much over the line:
“For only $20, you get three well-designed figures with loads of accessories. You just don’t see prices like that these days.”
It’s not a lie, but all I can say is: Stupid inflation.
