Spotted Online – Glyuts

It looks like Mattel’s old GUTS toy series (Retroland has pics and info) is being melded with the Glyos toys (Onell Design) in this wacky new project by Jesse DeStasio.

A goofy, silly idea. I wonder how many Glyos fans will continue trying to snatch every custom and limited artist release; there has been a nearly-overwhelming number of special releases over the last few months and private talks with a few collectors makes me worried that we’re coming close to burnout with some of the specials and exclusives.

This is a fun idea, though.
