Spotted Online – Help Bring “Ollie” to Life

So if you want to be a “cool kid” and get behind a new toy project then hop on over to Kickstarter and help Rich Montanari (Mutant Vinyl Hardcore) by pledging some cash to his new toy. As Rich says:

“What I’m looking for today is funding on my next toy, “Ollie” the Cyclops Monster. Paying for the Sludge Demon tapped all my money resources and left me without the funds I need to get Ollie made. As of today what I need to get Ollie made is $2,500.00.”

“”Ollie” was also fully sculpted by me and just like the “Sludge Demon” will be fully painted, packaged and over seen by me. Again my goal is to make sure that each and every release is up to my standard of quality.”

“As of right now, the original sculpt is already in Japan at the prototypers office and the only thing holding me back for getting this figure off the ground is my lacking $2,500.00 dollars.”

What’s awesome is that Rich has already met his goal. That means the toy will be made . . . but that’s no reason not to try and get behind a new toy. Hopefully we’ll see more toy artists take this approach and use Kickstarter to get new designs completed and released.
