Spotted Online – Marvel Legends Archangel (and more!) Review at The Fwoosh
The new wave of Marvel Legends action figures have been reviewed at The Fwoosh, and in my opinion it’s clearly the Archangel in the line that is the coolest of the bunch. They’re all kinda neat in their own ways, but I’ll never get tired of this color scheme or character design for Archangel and, from the sounds of the review, Hasbro did an excellent job with the design of the toy.
We’ve seen this general figure before in the SDCC-exclusive X-force set, but here it is for wider release with Archangel’s original pink and blue color scheme. While the SDCC version had chrome wings, this one only has a set of flat grey wings, but it still manages to be a gorgeous figure due to the metallic hot pink used as accent colors. Warren’s transformation into Archangel is one of the cooler-looking things to come out of that period in comics, and the figure itself is a great representation of that time in his life.

Those wings look awesome! I’ve always had a soft spot for Archangel as he emerged right when I started collecting comics.
@Paul – For me it’s the combo of the wings and the suit colors. I wasn’t all that excited by the X-Force version of the costume, but this one looks fun.
