Spotted Online – MattyCollector Customer Service Problems

Mattel’s Matty Collector site has had problems, yes, but it’s really getting bad when Poe Ghostal posts this critique. Sounds like a nightmare, and makes me happy I skipped the Masters of the Universe subscription.

I hope this works out well in the end; I hate to think how many fans are going through these exact same headaches right now and may have to go through this hassle monthly throughout 2010.
