Spotted Online – Micronauts Mini-Comic Pages by Brian Dailey
Now this is a gorgeous piece of work. Micronauts fan Brian Dailey has posted pics of his start at a Micronauts mini-comic. The idea here is that Mego created mini-comics for the toys back in the seventies, and these sample pages are Brian’s idea of just what those pages would have looked like.
These are great! I’m loving the artwork.

Now that’s what I’m talking about! Thanks for posting this Phil. Those pages remind me of many a battle when I was a kid.
So are these pre-Marvel then? The art is great!
Thanks, everyone, for the kind words. I’m trying to stay true to what little mythology Mego provided back in the day, which was practically nothing. And I’m trying to be as authentic in the look as I can. And yes, in my hypothetical little scenario, these comics would have pre-dated Marvel’s series by a year or two.
