Spotted Online – I Missed the Oil Shock

The Elegab Oil Shock (mentioned here) appears to have come and gone, at least according to this post at Kaiju Chronicle. It appears that I completely missed this launch while I was at PAX, so the best I can do at the moment is try to keep my eyes open for news of a new colorway.

At 10,000 yen this translated to about $120; I honestly don’t know if I would have spent that much if I’d spotted the toy in time. I suppose it would have depended on whether or not I could have found an exact size and then how I was feeling at that exact moment. I really do love the look of this beast, but I can’t say if it’s $120 worth of love.
