Spotted Online – Mr. McFrawley’s Traveling Show at Kickstarter

Mr. McFrawley’s Traveling Show, a picture book by Dan Edwards (website), is the latest Kickstarter project to catch my eye. The short description, and art, was enough to get me to chip in $25 to the project.

“Trouble strikes when McCrum and Callow’s mega-super-ubercircus comes to town and threatens to bankrupt the only place Bix has ever called home. But a visit to the old fortune teller, Madame Bahrvogsky sets him on an exciting cross-country adventure. The goal? To find more freaks and save his circus.”

Anyone who loves this style of art and story should consider chipping in at least $20 to fund the project. At $20 you get a copy of the book, and at the moment Dan Edwards needs to raise about $2,500 to make this a reality.
