Spotted Online – New iGear Mini-Warriors Revealed
I had heard these were revealed, but it wasn’t until I got to this post at The Fwoosh that I got a look at the new Powerglide and Wheelie designs from iGear Toys. As the post at The Fwoosh says, we’ve already seen a few unofficial Powerglide toys — X Transbots Glider and Wild Child review here, K.O. Joe Kobra Power Rat review here, MakeToys Bomber review here — so iGear has a lot of competition in that area (especially since the Glider design is so damn impressive), but their Mini-Warriors so far have been cool enough that I’m anxious to see what they do with Powerglide.
As far as the unofficial Wheelie goes, he’s gonna have to be pretty awesome to be neater than the Wheelie Survivalist I reviewed at It’s All True. But it’s really the metal that makes the toy truly impressive; I suspect iGear has some tricks ready that will make me appreciate and love their Wheelie toy.
To see my thoughts on the various Mini-Warriors released so far I direct you to my reviews posted in 2012:

I want these and I want them now.
Did you see the pics for their Bumblebee and Cliffjumper?
No! Do you have a link?
Nevermind, found it! http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/3rd-party-unlicensed-41/igear-mini-warriors-mw-12-stinger-and-mw-13-rocky-revealed-177268/
@Court – I haven’t seen those yet . . .
@Kevin – . . . and now I have. Thanks!
They look much better than iGear’s first attempt at Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, although they don’t grab me as much as some of their other figures in this series.
@Kevin – iGear hasn’t let me down so far with this line so I’m willing to on faith alone that these will both be very fun toys.
Oh yeah, I’ll still be pre-ordering them as soon as possible. lol
