Spotted Online – Poe Ghostal Reviews Play Arts Kai Batman
I reviewed the Play Arts Kai Arkham Asylum Batman* earlier this year and found it to be a fun, remarkable action figure that looks great and plays great (review here). Unfortunately, the Armored Batman action figure in the series suffered a break almost instantly and I posted pics of the toy and then contacted the company, Square Enix, to get some help.
The company never responded.
Then, at New York Comic Con last month, their customer service rep at the show took my card and promised to deal with the problem (post here). As of today not a single person from Square Enix has followed through on the promise.
But rather than continue to ramble on about their customer service, I will instead direct you to this Play Arts Kai Batman review by Poe Ghostal.
