Spotted Online – Skeleton Warriors Shots at the Glyos Transmission Web Log

Over at the Glyos Transmission Web Log are two more photos of the upcoming Skeleton action figure from the Skeleton Warriors Kickstarter project. With 16 days to go, Kicktraq is estimating success, which is great, but I know I’d be a lot happier if the project was closer to its goal today.

Skeleton Warriors Glyos Compatible Action Figures -- Kicktraq Mini
Hopefully the posted pics help spur some others to jump in and back the Skeleton Warriors project, both because I want to see friends succeed and because I’m greedy and want these little Skeleton action figures for myself.

So visit the project updates page for news, and then dive in and order a Skeleton or two for your own toy collection. After all, who can’t always find a use for another skeletal action figure to menace the other toys on the shelf?

  1. Great looking project though I have not funded yet as I am not sure how they will fit into my collections as they are bigger then Glyos. Most projects get a flood of support toward the end such as with yours if I remember correctly and another project I sponsored recently so no need to worry yet.

  2. While I understand the shift to 4″ scale figures (cost and existing Glyos compatibility) – that size of figure doesn’t fit with anything else I own.

I love the idea of skeleton action figures though – general stuff like skeletons, monster, soldiers, and spacemen (toys not tied to a specific brand or IP) were the most fun to me as a child. There was infinite possibility for henchmen, etc. IFor me, it was one of the appeals of having ‘army builders’ in the GI Joe line.

I do hope the kickstarter succeeds (there needs to be more successful to based kickstarters) though. 🙂

  3. But with these attitudes, it won’t. Remember, there is a pheyden in this kickstarter that will ONLY be offered here. If you want it, I’d say go for it.

  4. I’m not sure the pictures convince me to support it but they definitely help. The skeleton looks much better there than the proto shots on the Kickstarter page.
