Spotted Online – Spider-Man Fan Artwork

Last week we peeked at some beautiful Iron Man fan artwork (mentioned here). Well, it seems only fair that we dig back deeper into the Graphic Design Pro website and find Spider-Man fan artwork.

Spider-Man is one of those characters who I loved as a kid but, as I grew older, I liked him less and less. I still love the design and idea behind Spider-Man — and many of his villains — but for some reason I just haven’t been reading the comics or graphic novels for ages.

Yesterday I grabbed a copy of Spider-Man: Reign*, so I’m gonna try another Spider-Man story. The back cover made it sound fun. I guess I’ll find out as soon as I sit down and read the book.

  1. I guess I’m one of their “expendable” readers, because Marvel Comics lost me as a reader of Spider-Man when they did the whole “Brand New Day” storyline. To be fair, though, they had been doing ol’ Peter Parker wrong long before that.. turning his powers into some kind of mystical totem, giving him stingers on his arms, letting him talk to spiders, etc.
