This story at The Hundreds covers thoughts on the designer toy scene and the effect Michael Lau has had on the movement.

The article is packed with many excellent photos of a selection of work that ranges from very impressive to stuff that doesn’t do much for me. What’s here is definitely inspirational, though, especially since I’m sitting on almost three dozen 12-inch nude bodies and going over some ideas on how to turn them into unusual toys.
