Spotted Online – Transformers Prime Shockwave Review at CollectionDX
After putting together my shelf of Shockwave toys over the weekend (hey, I should take a picture of that!) I found myself online searching for Shockwave toys I do not own. And that led me to the Beast Hunters Voyager Shockwave*. Now I’ve passed over this toy multiple times in stores — the beast armor kinda kills the look for me — but I figured I should take a closer look. And that soon led to the review at CollectionDX.
Damn. I should have skipped that review, because now I see that once you snap the armor off the basic toy design is pretty neat. The vehicle mode still doesn’t work for me — like the smaller Beast Hunters Shockwave* toy the transformation is sorta a laugh — but the robot would look really nice with the other Shockwave toys in my collection.
