Spotted Online – Unofficial Transformers Shockwave Review at It’s All True
Noisy’s new Quake Wave review at It’s All True was wonderfully timed for two very simple reasons:
- I just bought Quake Wave at NYCC . . . and am amazed by how wonderfully it was produced. A very nice toy!
- My Transforming Expectations project wraps in five days.
And even nicer is the fact Noisy went out of his way to mention and link to my project. And he said some remarkably nice things about me, though I am a little scared that he has a list of books he wants me to create. I just hope that the new book succeeds and turns out well enough that I can collect more backers for a third book . . . maybe that book on Kenner?
But go read the review! It’s not my fault when you find yourself drooling on the pics and trying to figure out how to buy this gorgeous piece of plastic and metal.
Quake Wave is one of the best Transformers I own, unofficial or otherwise. As a huge Shockwave fan, this is the toy I’ve been waiting for. It’s basically the original toy – it’s even about the same size – upgraded with modern articulation.
I know what you mean. Especially about the size of the toy!
