Star Rovers Sci-Fi Roleplaying Game Ad from 1978

I know that I’ve mentioned before how absolutely useful the Dragon CD archive* is to researching the past of roleplaying games, but have I also said how dangerous it is to be able to look through those early Dragon issues? After all, if not for the October 1978 issue I wouldn’t be now trying to seek out this Star Rovers roleplaying game. This looks so very horrible that I must own a copy!

Unfortunately, the only copy I found on Amazon is $420*. Nope. Not gonna pay $420 sight unseen for what is sure to be an awfully bad roleplaying game. Time to keep an eBay search running!
