Star Wars Probe Droid Statue

I can promise that I won’t be paying the $775 price for this Star Wars Probe Droid statue* that’s up for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, but it does make me think that a 12-inch scale Probe Droid action figure could be pretty damned cool. He could go up against my 12-inch scale Large Martin action figure. Just how big would a 12-inch scale Probe Droid action figure be? Is the 16-inch height of this statue the proper size? That sounds small to me.
