Super GoBots or Autobot Cars in 1985

I know that there was a lot of confusion when it came to transforming robot toys back in the eighties, and retailers didn’t help keep the lines clear when they published advertisements like this one in 1985. I’m betting that Hasbro wasn’t all that happy to see their Transformers brand lumped into the same ad block of Tonka’s GoBots.
