Super7 LEGO
Now this is a bit of unexpected and cool news from Super7 (website, Twitter). Over at their blog they are showing Super7 LEGO customs that might just be a reveal for something a little larger than just custom work. There aren’t any details, but the cryptic post suggests that fans will be able to score these in 2012.
At least that’s how I read the post. But maybe I’m reading too much into it.
Our good friend Toby (who works for LEGO), shared some pictures online of a little thing we’ve been working on. We sculpted and cast a few LEGO sized heads based on some of our vinyl toys to fit onto LEGO bodies. From left to right we have the Rose Vampire by Josh Herbolsheimer, GhostFighter by Brian Flynn x Secret Base, Super7’s mascot Mummy Boy and DokuDuo by Brian Flynn. This is all we can show for now but 2012 should be an exciting year!
