“Superpatriot Returns, You’ll Be Blown Away!”
I’ve made no secret of my love for Dave Johnson’s work on the Superpatriot comics (Amazon.com search*), and this 1995 ad for the Liberty & Justice mini-series just illustrates how fantastic Johnson’s work was on the artwork for those books. Damn, just looking at this ad makes me want to pull all of those old comics out and enjoy Johnson’s Superpatriot artwork all over again. Maybe after this New York trip I’ll do that.
