Techy Tech – Karma Hotspot Looks Sweet
Yesterday I was directed to the Karma Hotspot, a wi-fi sharing device that you carry in your pocket and make accessible to anyone and everyone around you. The product description sounded good enough to me that I went ahead and ordered one; I travel enough that it might just come in handy.
The whole “pay as you go” approach seems decent enough, but it was the system’s sharing that made me snag one. You see, every single person who taps into and sets up an account through your own device adds more free bandwidth to your device.
I’ve no idea if this will actually work or not, but the sales approach was strong enough I’m willing to give it a shot. Hopefully the system will make travel easier on me.
