TFC Toys’ “Star Cats” Rescue and Dino Combiners at TFSource and Toy Dojo
Not quite Dinobots and Protectobots, these two teams of transforming robot toys are far, far cheaper than most of the third party Transformers toys on the market. $70/each for the team means you’re paying $14 for each robot; hey, when many third party figures are $50 to $100 for one I’ve gotta say that $14 is an amazing deal. Even Hasbro’s official Transformers are around the $14 price point these days so almost anyone who loves combiners may want to take a look at these.
Both sets are available now at TFSource and Toy Dojo, meaning you can order from whichever of the two sites you prefer.

What is TFCs reputation on product quality? That picture next to not-Bruticus makes the plastic quality look questionable, possible lower quality, knockoff quality.
If the figures are quality enough, these may be pretty fun additions!
@neal – The weird thing is this is reportedly designed by TFC but manufactured by another factory for sale in China. The TFC toys I have are good, but word is these combiner teams aren’t as nice.
