TheGodBeast at NYCC
At the Onell Design booth this last weekend at NYCC I chatted with TheGodBeast (blog, Twitter) and got to hear about some cool new releases . . . and about an awesome upcoming release that’s sure to appeal to both Glyos System and Battle Beast fans. Take a look at the photos at Flickr and then don’t miss more photos of this new custom toy at 16bit.com.
That backpack as an extra head trick that we have seen before with the Glyos System is back, as you can see in the above photo. And it really changes up the look of this monster; I wish I had snapped pics of this guy next to a standard Glyos System action figure because this beast is huge! Maybe 3.5-inches or 4-inches tall and really beefy.
And yes, this guy uses Glyos System joints. I hope that this can someday be run as a production piece in China so that I can get lots of them for my collection. And to customize!

The more I see pics of this figure the more I need it. What did I say ? I need them ! A lot of them.
@Sylvain – I’m right there with you. And we’re gonna need a few more heads to go with the basic body. And more hands!
And weapons. And some kind of “shi fu mi” gimmick. But even without all of this it’s already a dream coming true.
Looking awesome.
That is a very cool looking toy! They did a really good job with it. I’m diggin the wolf head. Did Onell Design release any more info on the big rig at the convention?
This is a must-have! I was a huge Battle Beasts wonk, cursed the day I gave them away to my half-siblings. Will thre be a limited custom release? How long would a full production run take?
Hi Jason S. Check out dallasvintagetoys.com. They have a ton of Battle Beasts. Maybe you can get back your favorites.
