This Planet of the Apes ad from 2000 is special if you’re a fan of the old Aurora monster model kits. You see this ad is for reproductions of the old Planet of the Apes kits of the seventies, showing just how much value there is in nostalgia and offering us old people a chance to relive our childhoods. What gets me is that I wasn’t even a kit collector as a kid and this ad still nails me right in the feels. Those old Aurora box paintings are awesome!
