Tomy Fashion Plates
Tomy’s Mighty Men & Monster Maker is probably a bit more my speed (1982 newspaper ad here), but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that running across this 1983 newspaper ad for Tomy’s Fashion Plates didn’t spark memories. These toys/art tools were incredibly brilliant designs, and looking back at this again makes me want to seek out one of the toys to see how they have stood the tests of time.
